Merix - Zethos Delivered!

Merix Corporation is a manufacturer of printed circuit boards and is headquartered in Forest Grove, Oregon After acquiring facilities in California and Asia, we were faced with the challenge of integrating three separate ERP systems.

In late 2005, Merix began the process of selecting and implementing a new global ERP System with standardized data and processes for our entire company. They partnered with Zethos Consulting to guide them through the process. Zethos helped thier management team understand the benefits of a common ERP system and the critical steps required for a successful ERP implementation.

Zethos Consulting performed the Software selection process with the US and Asia business units. This project was large in scope. Merix standardized the business practices in the US and in Asia. They integrated an industry standard circuit board Engineering system to Oracle. They replaced 3 ERP systems and utilized the Oracle Shop Floor Module(OSFM). This provided Merix with an integrated application allowing them to analyze thier costs across facilities and provide the best location to build to maximize our profits.

Zethos built thier schedules, budgets, time lines and project plans. Zethos was an integral part of us getting the project approved by the Merix board. Merix completed the US and Asia roll out using a Zethos Consulting Project Manager and business analysts. The project was implemented on time and on budget. Merix was very pleased with the new ERP system and were very pleased with the leadership Zethos Consulting provided. Zethos kept this project on track and delivered.
